Will you remember this incredible time? After the blur of exhilaration (and exhaustion), will you remember how tiny their fingernails were, how wrinkled their toes were, how flakey their skin was, how snugly they nestled in your arms, how their expressions crinkled and yawned...those little things that change and disappear so quickly, it's easy to forget.

I've never had anyone regret taking photos...

but I've met so many (including myself!) that truly regret not taking them.

Why I love newborn photography

It is truly such an honor to be chosen by my families to capture them at such a tender, vulnerable, and life-altering time. I take it very seriously; I want to give you the photos I wish I had, so that you can look back on these loving memories for years to come (with you in the photos, too!).

When is the best time to take newborn photos?

(besides "all the time")

Honestly, anytime is a wonderful time, but the first 2 weeks are the "sleepiest" and a very special time indeed. From there on, they only become cuter.

I usually suggest that clients contact me as early as possible to discuss potential timing around the expected due date so that I can note it in my calendar. We will set the session date for one week after your expected due date and adjust if necessary.

Once the retainer fee is paid, we will stay in touch until you give birth!
